2. Proper use of the facilities
- Do not tamper with outlets, electrical panels, the modem, the boiler, or any other technical devices.

- Do not plug in unauthorized high‑consumption electrical devices.
3. Access security
- Always close doors and windows when you leave the house.
- Do not share access codes or keys with unregistered individuals.
- In case of lost keys, notify the host immediately.
4. Emergency procedures
- In case of fire, move away from the building immediately and call emergency services using the national emergency number (112).

INTERNAL REGULATION
Arrival: Rooms are handed over after 4:00 PM. Departure: Rooms must be left in good condition by 12:00 PM.
We accept only small pets, and only if communicated well in advance. An additional fee is applied for the extra specific cleaning.
Casa di Alice is not equipped with cribs and/or changing tables. If needed, guests must provide their own.
Casa di Alice provides bed and bath linens at the beginning of the stay. No linen changes or additional services are included. Casa di Alice is not a hotel, but a private home offering tourist accommodation. Regulations in this case allow rooms to be rented out, but without any additional services beyond final cleaning and the provision of linens (no breakfast, no reception, no concierge, etc.).
Tenants are required to provide their personal details and those of all their guests, including minors, and to sign the short‑term rental agreement and the Privacy Notice, which also includes consent for the processing of their data for the purpose of sending commercial or promotional communications and/or for other purposes not strictly related to the stay. In case of non‑compliance, the host reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and may seek compensation for any damages.
