Cozy Rooms
Comfortable rooms with private balconies and exclusive adjacent bathrooms, thoughtfully furnished to ensure maximum relaxation and a pleasant stay. Casa di Alice is a true Tuscan home where the owners live and personally manage the guest area. It is a tourist rental offering rooms for stays of less than 30 days, with no additional services beyond linens and initial and final room cleaning (no breakfast). The bathrooms are not ensuite but are located next to the rooms and assigned exclusively to the guests of each corresponding room.

Just outside Casa di Alice, you can step directly into the Abate Nature Park — a vast natural area that stretches in one of the most precious natural areas of the Chianti region. A path that follows the Pesa River, immersed in nature, history, and the spirituality linked to the legend of Saint Giovanni Gualberto. It offers the ideal setting for an excursion, surrounded by dense woodland tunnels reminiscent of tropical vegetation and home to remarkably rich wildlife (including the reproduction of rare fish species such as the vairone).
